About this vehicle
The mini coach is the workhorse of our wedding-weekend operations. At 36 passengers, it's the right size for hotel-block guest shuttles, multi-stop venue loops, and corporate transfers where a full motorcoach is overkill but a sprinter van is too small.
Its smaller footprint vs the motorcoach matters more than people think. It clears tight Coral Gables driveways, parks at boutique South Beach hotels, and turns around in residential Coconut Grove streets where a 45-foot coach can't.
Premium A/C, comfortable seating, and luggage storage are standard. We use it most for guest hotel loops (where the mini coach runs 2–3 round trips between block hotel and venue), and for corporate retreats moving teams between offsite locations.

What's the difference between the mini coach and the motorcoach?
Capacity (36 vs 55) and footprint. The motorcoach is bigger and built for long charters; the mini coach is more nimble and the better fit for residential venues, multi-stop hotel loops, and groups under 36. Both have premium A/C and comfortable seating.
Can it park at a residential or boutique venue?
Yes — that's actually its strongest use case. We regularly park it at Coral Gables estates, Coconut Grove waterfront homes, and boutique South Beach hotels where a full motorcoach can't access.
How many round trips can it run during a wedding?
Most wedding-weekend bookings have it run 2–3 round trips between hotel block and venue (e.g., a 6:00 PM ceremony pickup, 11:30 PM reception return, plus a midnight after-party run). The 5-hour minimum covers this comfortably.
Is there luggage space for an airport pickup or cruise transfer?
Yes — there's a dedicated luggage area sized for group cruise/airport runs. For very luggage-heavy groups we'll occasionally pair it with a sprinter van, but for most groups under 36 a single mini coach handles it.
